Submit all official college/university post-secondary institution transcripts. Submit your official high school transcript/GED (unless you have successfully completed a degree).

Please note: The College only accepts official documents, sent directly from the issuing institution or agency.  We do not accept transcripts emailed from students.

a. The Office of the Registrar accepts official transcripts via:
  • Electronic transcripts sent directly to: Transcripts@SCF.edu
  • Mailed official transcripts addressed to: P.O. Box 1849 Bradenton, Florida 34206
  • Faxed transcripts from the issuing institution directly to: 941-727-6380
  • Official transcripts in a sealed envelope, dropped off to the Office of the Registrar
b. The Office of the Registrar will evaluate your transcripts.

Please allow 7-14 business days for the transcript evaluation to be processed.

The transfer specialists can review your unofficial transcripts and give students a general summary of what courses might transfer.

The Office of the Registrar makes the final determination of how coursework from post-secondary institutions will be applied at SCF. Courses from regionally accredited institutions will be considered for transfer credit. Coursework from institutions without regional accreditation will be evaluated on an individual basis. Additional supporting documentation may be required. The Office of the Registrar will notify you if additional documentation is needed.
